
Jenner applied to trademark her first name in April 2014, reportedly prompting Minogue's team of representatives to submit its letter of opposition to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.Minogue allegedly described Jenner as "a secondary reality television personality" in the letter while referring to herself as an "internationally-renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known worldwide simply as 'Kylie,'"Daily Mail reports
In response, Jenner has reportedly already submitted an appeal.
A rep for Jenner, however, said the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and Minogue "have resolved the matter extremely amicably."
Jenner hoped to secure the trademark to be used for her beauty and clothing lines.
