Fulani Herdsmen Kill A Farmer named Ariyo Aina in Kogi state, he is from One Ogga Compound, Ogga, Yagba West LGA, Kogi State.
The farmer was killed yesterday 18 May, 2019 at about 9am by Fulani Herdsmen, when the killed farmer got to his farm to see about 11 herdsmen with cutlasses. He immediately turned back with fear while the herdsmen on the run to slaughter him.
It was gathered that the herdsmen cattle has been entering his farm to graze and destroy his crops, the deceased has been having clashes with the fulani men as regards this.
The incidences of herdsmen killings is becoming abysmal and uncalled for. The State and Federal Government are pleaded to take immediate address to this incidences as it is becoming more unbearable.
We hereby also solicit Kogi State Government to help the family of the deceased who is left with a wife and 4 children.
